Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree required

Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement and maintain onboarding curriculum for key operational positions within Celerion, Early Clinical Research.
  • Development of operational KPIs for study success.
  • Interface with Clinical Management team to provide metric support and tracking for site accountability.
  • Develop and manage implementation plan and training materials for key operational teams within Early Clinical Research.
  • Create training materials and resource library for key operational roles to support new employee onboarding.
  • Implement training standards in conjunction with operational management teams to provide ongoing training support and learning opportunities for ECR employees.
  • Continual improvement of professional and technical training programs to support key operational functions.
  • Train and educate users on system functionality and/or process requirements.
  • Leverage Celerion operating systems to support learning development and training materials.
  • Provide SME support for Celerion Data Collection procedures to operational site teams.
  • Support study specific training activities as necessary.
  • Plans, manages, and coordinates multiple assigned functional projects simultaneously, ensuring that stated goals and objectives of projects are accomplished within prescribed time frames.
  • Coordinates, plans and facilitates meetings with project teams and coordinates the interaction with other departments using proven tools and techniques.
