Requirements
- Good communication skills are a priority.
Responsibilities
- Primarily responsible for supporting buy-side compliance analysts using Fidessa LatentZero Sentinel as compliance system.
- Work with Compliance Analysts and other investment professionals in defining and documenting system requirements.
- Provide application support for compliance group globally.
- Perform application functional testing, create test cases and conduct User Acceptance Testing.
- Coordinate application integration tasks and the rollout of new application releases globally.
- Actively participate in data analysis and problem resolution.
- Manage relationships with both third party vendors and internal IT groups, coordinating the development, testing and release of software enhancements or entire new systems.
- Present user training on new or enhanced system functions.
