Requirements
  • 0-2 years of product design experience (strong internships count) with a portfolio of shipped work, ideally in B2B, complex workflows, or data-heavy products
  • Strong instinct for visual and interaction design. You ensure every screen adheres to design system guidelines and every user journey is optimized for clarity and ease of use
  • You understand the design-to-development lifecycle and value the efficiency of cross-functional alignment to ensure product integrity from ideation to launch
  • AI is already in your daily workflow. You use Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, v0, Figma Make or similar tools for ideation, prototyping, research, and getting to the answer faster
  • You think in systems, not just single screens. You care about how 20 features feel together
  • You operate well with ambiguity. We won't always know what to build, you'll help figure it out
  • You ship. Quality matters here, but stuck-in-Figma perfectionists won't be happy
Responsibilities
  • Own real product work end-to-end - flows, screens, prototypes - for features that ship to paying customers within weeks, not quarters
  • Design alongside agentic capabilities: how agents surface their work, how humans review it, how trust gets built between the two
  • Build prototypes in Figma, in code, with AI tools, whatever communicates the idea fastest and best
  • Get your hands dirty in the codebase for last-mile polish: checking out PRs, tweaking interactions, making things feel right before they ship
  • Raise the visual and interaction bar across the product as engineering velocity scales 10x
Desired Qualifications
  • Have prototyped in code (HTML, CSS, React)
  • Have designed for non-technical users in complex domains
  • Have opinions about how AI should show up in products beyond chat
