Requirements
  • You have 0–2 years of product design experience; strong internships count, with a portfolio of shipped work ideally in business-to-business, complex workflow, or data-heavy products.
  • You have strong visual and interaction design instincts and ensure screens adhere to design system guidelines and user journeys are clear and easy to use.
  • You understand the design-to-development lifecycle and the value of cross-functional alignment from ideation to launch.
  • You use artificial intelligence tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, v0, Figma Make, or similar tools for ideation, prototyping, research, and accelerating problem-solving.
  • You think in systems across multiple features and operate effectively with ambiguity.
  • You prioritize shipping while maintaining quality.
Responsibilities
  • Own product work end-to-end, including flows, screens, and prototypes, for features shipped to paying customers.
  • Design alongside agentic capabilities, including how agents surface work, how humans review it, and how trust is built between humans and agents.
  • Build prototypes in Figma, code, or artificial intelligence tools, using the fastest and most effective way to communicate the idea.
  • Work in the codebase for last-mile polish by checking out pull requests, adjusting interactions, and refining the product before release.
  • Raise the visual and interaction quality bar across the product as engineering velocity scales.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience prototyping in code, including HTML, CSS, or React.
  • Experience designing for non-technical users in complex domains.
  • Opinions about how artificial intelligence should appear in products beyond chat.
