Requirements
  • The candidate must have at least 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in an agency, in-house, or combined environment.
  • The candidate must be able to operate independently with minimal oversight, ideally as a sole recruiter or in a small team.
  • The candidate must have a proven track record of hiring software engineers across different technology stacks and enough technical knowledge to source and screen credibly.
  • The candidate must be comfortable carrying at least 6 requisitions simultaneously without sacrificing pace or quality.
  • The candidate must use artificial intelligence tools to source candidates more efficiently and accelerate recruiting.
  • The candidate must have strong communication and organizational skills to keep hiring moving without being chased.
Responsibilities
  • Own sourcing, screening, scheduling, and closing for all open roles.
  • Source and close technical talent.
  • Build and manage inbound pipelines through job postings and employer branding, as well as outbound pipelines through direct outreach, Boolean search, and artificial intelligence tools.
  • Define role requirements directly with hiring managers and founders.
  • Keep hiring moving without being chased.
  • Handle light office management and support new-hire onboarding logistics for approximately one hour per week.

  • Experience sourcing for fintech, software as a service, or high-growth companies.
  • Experience with Ashby and Juicebox.

Keep has emerged from stealth mode and announced it raised 108 million Canadian dollars (about $78 million) to support the development of its financial platform for Canada’s small businesses.
