Role Overview
The Project Manager will be responsible for supporting legal and business teams with corporate strategy, organizational development, and process improvement planning, tracking, and implementation. This includes managing software and contract management projects, as well as corporate securities projects. The ideal candidate will have experience working with cross-functional teams, strong communication skills, experience interacting with senior executives, and the ability to think strategically and tactically. Specific responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing project plans and timelines, including scope, budget, and resource allocation
- Managing and tracking project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or risks
- Collaborating with legal and business teams to identify and prioritize project goals and objectives
- Communicating project status and progress to stakeholders and senior management
- Facilitating meetings and discussion to ensure project goals and objectives are met
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Managing software and contract management projects, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Managing corporate securities projects
Basic Qualifications
The candidate should have a minimum of 7 years experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
Ability to utilize Microsoft office programs and create and maintain Gantt charts. Attention to detail is a must.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a legal department. Project Management Professional certification.
Pay & Benefits
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. At Coupang, your base pay is one part of your total compensation.
The base pay for this position ranges from $114,030/year in our lowest geographic market to $211,770/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
