Requirements
  • General or Clinical Psychologist registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Willingness to obtain New South Wales State Insurance Regulatory Authority accreditation and WorkSafe Victoria accreditation.
  • Permanent residency in Australia.
  • Interest and willingness to work with workers compensation clients.
Responsibilities
  • Provide evidence-based mental health training, assessment, and treatment to clients with a range of mental health conditions and outcome goals.
  • Work collaboratively with clients, medical and allied health professionals, case managers, and employers to assist people to return to work and/or fully re-engage with the community.
  • Complete assessments and interventions using clinical skills.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with organisational and regulatory standards.
