Requirements
  • You have 1+ years of experience in office management
  • You are extremely organized, proactive, and communicative
  • You believe that creating a strong company culture, and instilling it in all aspects of the the work environment, is vital to the success of a startup
Responsibilities
  • Manage access to the office via security badges, keys and visitor control
  • Manage day-to-day office responsibilities such as replenishing office supplies and snacks
  • Coordinate office improvements projects as needed
  • Collect, sort & manage mail
  • Work with property management on miscellaneous requests & maintenance; coordinate office updates
  • Manage COVID & health/safety related protocols
  • Organize and maintain office - ensuring kitchen and all work areas are clean and setup for team use
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in People Operations is a plus!
