  • 12+ years of project management or technical program management experience.
  • Outstanding change management skills and the ability to lead teams through change.
  • Basic understanding of crypto assets and blockchain technology, and a strong desire to learn more.
  • Additional PMI/Agile/Scrum certifications are a plus.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack and Macbook preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage multiple projects in planning and flight to coordinate our cross-functional team strategies into a cohesive plan.
  • Help define durable processes for the broader team for things like OKR planning, status reporting, releasing plans, etc.
  • Lead programs by managing program structure, scope, release planning, as well as ensuring cross-functional alignment.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive workgroup alignment meetings in order to address tactical release issues, dependencies, program status, milestones, etc.
  • Organize and lead project meetings and compile project status reports to drive deliverables to schedule, as well as develop resolutions to mitigate risks.
  • Establish strong relationships with all project stakeholders including team members and leadership.
  • Establish and improve internal processes where necessary.
