Requirements
- Current RN license in the state of North Carolina (or compact state)
- Previous experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
- Strong clinical and leadership skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively
- Passion for quality resident care and team development
Responsibilities
- Support and assist the Director of Nursing in daily clinical operations
- Supervise, mentor, and train nursing staff
- Help ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
- Monitor resident care and support quality improvement initiatives
- Serve as a resource for nursing staff and collaborate with other departments
