Requirements
  • Law degree from an accredited law school
  • 2-4 years of experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills in English
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Collaborative style with the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups
  • Proven problem-solving skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Ironclad, and ServiceNow
  • Willingness to work outside of normal U.S. business hours
  • Ability to work in an office and remote environment

Responsibilities
  • Review, revise, draft, coordinate, and negotiate various documents for internal clients
  • Work within the firm’s contract management and ticketing tools for incoming requests
  • Coordinate communication with clients, stakeholders, and service providers
  • Assist with compliance and risk management matters
  • Handle and protect confidential information
