We are hiring an IT Systems Administrator to join our team. While this role can be located anywhere in the United States, you may choose to work from our Washington, DC headquarters. Relocation assistance may be provided. Occasional travel may be required.
As a IT Systems Administrator, you will:
- Address escalated support tickets requiring Tier 2 and above assistance, working directly with our Support Specialists.
- Recommend and implement automation.
- Develop and maintain documentation for supported applications, processes, and training material for internal employees and IT staff.
- Support the deployment and maintenance of enterprise applications, owning all SaaS deployments and partnering with our Software Engineers for on-premise solutions.
- Collaborate with internal Security on monitoring, auditing and logging procedures ensuring total visibility into the enterprise.
Qualifications for this position include:
- Experience with designing, deploying, maintaining and protecting hybrid cloud and on-prem network solutions. Familiarity with Juniper, Aruba or Cisco Meraki.
- Experience with Identity Authentication and Authorization, including Single-Sign-On, SAML, SCIM, and phishing-resistant MFA.
- Experience administering support platforms such as Okta, WorkspaceOne, Azure AD, Kandji, and/or Google MDM.
- Experience in deploying, supporting and hardening enterprise wide systems and applications.
- Experience administering user facing applications such as Slack, Google Workspace, Jira and/or Confluence.
- Ability to drive endpoint security tools at the enterprise level.
Preferred Qualifications for this position include:
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code, including Terraform and Cloud orchestration, and IAM.
- Experience deploying, administering and supporting Gitlab/Github.

The annual salary range for this role as it is posted is $175,000 to $200,000 regardless of final candidate location within the United States. The final job level and annual salary will be determined based on the education, qualification, knowledge, skills, ability, and experience of the final candidate(s), and calibrated against relevant market data and internal team equity.
