- This is an in-person, in-office part-time role working 15 hours per week.
- A background screening is required.

- Attend SRC High Campus Night on Tuesdays and SRC Worship and Coffee Hour on Sundays.
- Lead set-up of Campus Night on Tuesdays including rooms, parking lot, slides, food ordering.
- Build, maintain and train volunteers and students in systems to accomplish ministry goals.
- Lead small groups as assigned by HS Coordinators.
- Participates in weekly Student Ministry meetings (plans, coordinates, sets schedules, offer suggestions for improvement).
- Develops discipleship relationships with students, families and guests.
- Support any and all Administrative duties as requested and work with SRC High Admin Assistant to insure all details are executed.
- Skills in executing tasks and skills with people.
- Passionately pursue Christ that is evident in life and relationships.
- A humble approach to faith and ministry displaying a teachable spirit.
- Enjoys working and serving in a team centered environment.
- Pursue team unity and bears with one another in a Biblical manner.
