Floor Supervisor

Job Description

• Take responsibility for the smooth and efficient running of all retail spaces, including restaurants and coffee outlets.
• Lead and support the team to consistently meet operational and service standards.
• Monitor KPIs, budgets and financial performance, taking action where required.
• Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety, financial and company procedures.
• Drive innovation across products, sustainability, provenance and industry trends.
• Support the delivery of annual marketing plans and ensure promotional activity is effectively communicated.
• Manage customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.

Qualifications

• You thrive on getting the best out of people and maximising commercial opportunities. You draw satisfaction from managing, training and supporting a team
• You demonstrate a genuine passion for food & service, with a strong eye for detail in service standards, innovation and merchandising 
• You provide a professional catering service, ensuring that company standards are maintained and that Client expectations are met
• Have experience commensurate with role
• Thrive on delivering a great customer experience and leading by example
• Able to demonstrate your analytical approach to problem solving
