- 5 years of strong hands-on experience in defect coordination for QA and UAT
- Strong communication and presentation skills (both written and verbal) and should be self-driven
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in IBM’s CLM (Rational Quality Manager/Rational Test Concert)
- Good working knowledge in MS Excel macros to build reports out of defect data from multiple projects
- Strong testing concepts and methodologies and be able to work hands-on testing in a dynamic environment
- Thorough knowledge and experience in overall defect management life cycle, driving the defect triage by closely working with Dev, QA, PMO
- Proven track record in client facing roles managing various stakeholders of the project/program representing QA team
- Generate report metrics from CLM as needed by the Project management and client leadership
- Coordinate and facilitate daily or weekly defect triage/status meetings
