Chairman's message - May 2026.

Chairman's message - May 2026. by Jeff Fishbein As Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC move through May, La Quinta transitions from one of its busiest and most energetic seasons into a time of opportunity and momentum. After an incredible run of events this spring, including the world-renowned Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival and Stagecoach Festival, its local economy once again demonstrated its strength, resilience, and importance to the greater Coachella Valley. While these events bring increased traffic and activity, they also deliver significant economic impact to its local businesses, from restaurants and retailers to hospitality and service providers. This seasonal surge helps sustain many of its businesses through the quieter summer months, reinforcing just how vital these partnerships and events are to the long-term health of La Quinta. Now, as Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC look ahead, the Chamber remains focused on continuing that momentum. May is a month of connection and planning. Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC is actively working on upcoming mixers, expanding its Chamber "Pop-Up" series, and preparing for a full calendar of summer Lunch Clubs and Social Hours designed to keep its business community engaged year-round. Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC is also excited about several recent and upcoming ribbon cuttings that highlight the continued growth and investment in its city. Each new business represents not only economic development but also the entrepreneurial spirit that makes La Quinta such a special place to live, work, and visit. This time of year also serves as a reminder that supporting local businesses is not seasonal, it is essential. As visitor traffic begins to taper, its year-round residents play a critical role in sustaining the businesses that make La Quinta the "Gem of the Desert." Choosing to shop, dine, and engage locally makes a meaningful difference. As Chairman, I remain incredibly proud of the collaboration between the Chamber, the City of La Quinta, and its local business community. Together, Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC is building a strong, connected, and resilient local economy. An International Diamond Society award-winning REALTOR(R) with Coldwell Banker Realty, the desert's premier real estate firm, Jeff Fishbein, known throughout the community as Mr. La Quinta, has earned a distinguished reputation for representing discerning buyers and sellers across the Coachella Valley. With a consistent 5-Star rating on Zillow, Jeff is recognized for his white-glove service, strategic market insight, and ability to navigate complex transactions with discretion and precision. Guided by his philosophy, "Not the BIGGEST Realtor, but the BEST," he delivers a level of professionalism, trust, and elevated representation that aligns with the exceptional lifestyle its desert communities offer.
