  • Demonstrated leadership experience in technical support and extensive team-management experience.
  • Experience with change management and various information technology systems.
  • A customer-oriented mindset and strong communication skills for both technical professionals and non-technical people.
  • Very good German language skills at least at C1 level.
  • Very good English language skills at least at C1 level.
  • Ability to collaborate across departments.
  • A degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or comparable professional experience.
Responsibilities
  • Ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of the organizational structure and processes in Technical Support, including continuously evaluating performance and processes.
  • Provide professional and disciplinary leadership and development for Technical Services employees.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and use them to strategically develop Technical Services.
  • Analyze support requests and derive targeted measures to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Use various artificial-intelligence tools to develop effective and efficient solutions and embed sustainable knowledge within the team.
  • Promote proactive knowledge transfer to internal teams to prevent technical challenges and continuously improve service quality.
Desired Qualifications
  • Knowledge of and experience with e-health and practice-management, electronic-health-record, practice-management-system, or similar applications.
  • Experience with agile methods.
  • Experience in conflict management and negotiation.
