Requirements
  • 3+ years designing consumer-focused tech across various platforms (web, mobile, apps, etc)
  • Killer portfolio demonstrating highly-polished visual design sense, clean command over interaction design, typography, and usability
  • Fluency in Figma, prototyping, and working with design systems
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Proactive with strong time-management skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-changing environment
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and work individually and collaboratively across teams
Responsibilities
  • Understand business goals, develop subject-matter expertise, and solve complex problems
  • Balance user needs and business goals
  • Apply critical thinking and problem-solving techniques to tackle product challenges
  • Create and execute detailed wireframes for both desktop and mobile platforms
  • Prototype designs and interactions to articulate design intentions
  • Turn wireframes into high fidelity prototypes
  • Work with research to build prototypes to validate designs and iterate based on data
  • Present and share work with cross-functional teams to communicate design rationale
  • Engage with the engineering team to understand API calls and technical restrictions
  • Think systematically to optimize UX/UI patterns for ease of use
  • Assist and support teammates through collaboration, critique, and feedback
  • Be autonomous, crave accountability, and take responsibility for every detail
