Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in finance business partnering or business controlling
  • Strong Excel modeling skills
  • Academic degree in Finance, Controlling, or related fields
  • Proven experience in structuring processes and information flows, even when working with dispersed data sources
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and finance management
  • Hands-on mentality with excellent problem-solving and ownership skills
  • Fluency in English
Responsibilities
  • Provide critical support to the corporate liquidity management function, taking operational ownership of payment run coordination and ensuring data accuracy as well as process integrity
  • Drive short-term liquidity planning and strengthen cash flow visibility
  • Prepare executive-level presentations and contribute to board approval processes on liquidity and cash flow matters
  • Actively shape and continuously improve tools and systems supporting liquidity management and controlling
  • Act as a Finance Business Partner for selected positions within the financial statement
  • Ensure accurate and timely input to month-end close, group reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Proactively identify risks and opportunities within your area of responsibility
