Requirements
  • You have 5+ years of experience in healthcare partnerships, business development, data licensing, RWD, health tech, life sciences data, provider strategy, or enterprise healthcare sales.
  • You have directly sourced, negotiated, or managed complex partnerships with health systems, provider groups, payers, EHR vendors, data vendors, life sciences companies, or research networks.
  • You understand healthcare data: EHR data, claims, notes, imaging, labs, registries, FHIR/HL7, de-identification, tokenization, data quality, governance, and the practical messiness of getting data out of clinical systems.
  • You can credibly discuss HIPAA, de-identification, DUAs, BAAs, IRB/research review, data governance, information security review, and commercial data licensing structures.
  • You have strong executive presence and can build trust with health system C-suites, general counsel, privacy officers, clinical informatics leaders, research leaders, and data governance committees.
  • You are scrappy, high-agency, and willing to do unglamorous work: cold outbound, conference follow-up, contract redlines, data dictionaries, partner Q&A, procurement portals, and last-mile operational details.
  • Are comfortable working long hours in a high-intensity, early-stage environment
  • Are excited to be on-site in SF and collaborate closely with a small team
Responsibilities
  • Develop Kinetic’s data acquisition and partnership strategy across hospitals, medical groups, specialty networks, registries, payers, and adjacent RWD vendors.
  • Identify and prioritize high-value data partners based on clinical relevance, modality coverage, data quality, scale, rights, and feasibility
  • Create the initial partner pipeline, outbound motion, pitch materials, CRM process, diligence checklist, and success metrics.
  • Work closely with researchers and engineers to align data with overall research agendas

Kinetics designs, manufactures, and installs critical process systems for gases, chemicals, and water, with a focus on ultra-high purity applications. It serves industries like biopharmaceuticals and complex chemical production and offers a full range of services from engineering to facility management, covering the entire value chain. The products are customized, turnkey process systems built to feed, operate, and dispose of materials, and are supported by installation services and ongoing maintenance contracts, ensuring long-term performance. The company differentiates itself through its global scale (over 2,000 employees across three continents), deep expertise in ultra-high-purity systems, and end-to-end delivery that combines equipment, installation, and lifecycle support to deliver measurable return on investment. Its goal is to provide high-quality, tailored systems that meet customer needs on time and deliver clear value over the system’s lifespan.
