Responsibilities
  • Conduct research on laws and regulations impacting the company to summarize and present to team members– e.g., AI, privacy, intellectual property
  • Review and draft simple legal documents such as non-disclosure agreements and order forms
  • Assist in the review of marketing materials
  • Help gather information and documents needed to respond to customers’ requests and queries
  • Assist with legal team operations and related projects–e.g., managing legal request tickets, preparing agendas and notes for meetings
  • Organize and update team files, templates, and resources
