  • Proven track record in motivating a team of reps to achieve a Sales revenue target
  • Experience in team coaching or management of a new business team with outbound prospecting targets
  • Experience selling software in the UKI Market
  • Previous experience in hiring and developing top talent for the team
  • Around 3-5 years of proven quarter-over-quarter sales success as an individual contributor
  • Data-led approach
  • Ability to design effective training programs
  • Hands-on experience creating presentations

  • Excellent communication skills with strong empathy

Responsibilities
  • Leading around 8 Sales Executives covering the UKI Market
  • Conducting weekly 121s and pipeline reviews with the team
  • Working closely with each rep to problem solve deal and revenue blockers
  • Setting up monthly development objectives for individuals
  • Providing accurate forecasts, reports, and insights
  • Coaching and mentoring a cross-functional team
  • Identifying individual and team training needs
  • Onboarding and training new salespeople
  • Having an in-depth understanding of TravelPerk products
  • Working in partnership with other Sales Managers and internal stakeholders to develop educational material
  • Developing specific training sessions based on feedback from the team
