Requirements
  • 5-8 years of experience
  • Knowledge of Cyber Risk, rules, regulations, risks and typologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Establishes and oversees the application of operational cyber risk policies, technology and tools, and governance processes to create lasting solutions for minimizing losses from failed internal processes, inadequate controls, and emerging risks.
  • Participating in the design, development, delivery and maintenance of best-in-class Cyber Risk, programs, policies and practices for Risk.
  • Analyzes comparative data, prepares and presents regional and global reports related to cyber risk assessments, and monitoring of cyber related issues.
  • Reviews institutional or retail activity, sales practices, registrations/licenses, marketing materials, customer statements and other documents to ensure compliance with various regulatory and legal requirements. Identifies and addresses potential risks.
  • Investigates and responds to operational risks. Investigates regulatory inquiries, preparing required documentation, making recommendations to senior management on how to proceed, and preparing responses for the regulatory inquiries.
  • Monitors adherence to Citi’s Cyber Risk Policies and relevant procedures.
  • Prepares, edits and maintains Cyber Risk program related materials.
  • Interacts and works with other areas within Citi, as necessary.
  • Keeps abreast of regulatory changes, new regulations and internal policy changes in order to further identify new key risk areas.
  • Additional duties as assigned.
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
