Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive communications strategies that blend innovative marketing campaigns with proactive PR, ensuring alignment with business goals and market trends.
• Assemble and mentor a high-performing team of marketers, PR specialists, content creators, and digital experts, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.
• Spearhead disruptive initiatives, from viral digital campaigns and data-driven content strategies to experiential activations that redefine our brand narrative and engage diverse audiences.
• Manage all public relations activities, including media relations, crisis communications, thought leadership positioning, and partnerships that enhance our reputation and visibility.
• Partner with executive leadership, product teams, and external agencies to integrate communications across channels, leveraging analytics to optimize ROI and adapt to emerging opportunities.
• Establish KPIs, track campaign effectiveness, and report on outcomes to inform future strategies, ensuring our efforts deliver tangible business growth.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 8+ years in senior communications, marketing, or PR roles, with at least 2 years in executive leadership. Proven success in building teams and launching disruptive campaigns in an in-house agency or similar fast-paced setting.
• Skills: Exceptional strategic thinking, with expertise in digital marketing, brand storytelling, media relations, and crisis management. Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, SEO/SEM platforms, and social media management systems.
• Personal Attributes: A true self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, with high energy, creativity, and the ability to inspire others. Strong executive presence, excellent communication skills, and a passion for innovation.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related experience 
• Bonus: Experience in financial services familiarity with emerging technologies like AI-driven marketing, or a portfolio of award-winning campaigns.

Compensation Range: $230,000 + Performance Bonuses
