  • Coach and guide internal teams on services sales cycle
  • Maintain forecasting hygiene for professional services opportunities
  • Develop and manage territory and account plans
  • Create compelling vision and communicate transformative solutions
  • Write statements of work and navigate legal reviews
  • Conduct knowledge transfer from pre-sales to post-sales team
  • Maintain client relationships throughout engagements
  • Be a Workato evangelist and trusted advisor
  • Contribute to growth of professional services department
  • Manage new professional services team members
  • Enhance delivery methodology and industry POV's
