About the position
This leader will be hands-on in a start-up operation and will build and maintain relationships with hourly associates, managers, carrier partners, vendors, other FC teams and various departments in the company. This person will be someone who likes change and enjoys getting into the details to drive improvements every single day.

Job Description:
You will..
Drive strategic planning and forecasting
Be responsible of defining operational goals on a weekly basis
Combine in-depth data analysis with hands-on learning to drive improvements across different parts of our supply chain
Ability to develop and share best practices across the shifts and network
Drive continuous improvement to safety, quality, cost, and delivery while growing and expanding capabilities within the warehouse

You have..
Microsoft Excel proficiency
Management experience in Operations planning
Experience with building or improving a planning tool
Excitement for working in a start-up environment with high level of ambiguity and change
Strong project management and continuous improvement skills
Metrics driven mindset
Proven ability to quickly adapt and drive the right results using data
Highest levels of integrity and ethics
Being available on weekends is a plus
