Responsibilities
  • Works closely with clinical teammates and develops long-standing relationships with operators, clinicians, and others
  • Leverages hypotheses-based approach to identify, validate and quantify opportunities in partnership with clinical and business leadership
  • Analyze data, provide insights, and structure presentations to tell a meaningful story and support decision making
  • Leverages continuous improvement tools to structure and incubate improvement opportunities
  • Organize follow up, documentation, and tracking to ensure progress and proactively identify risks and opportunities
  • Begins to manage and coordinate new initiatives from idea generation to implementation: new clinical program/ initiative design and development, training and communication materials development, pilot facilities support (training, communication, tracking and follow-up), pilot results review and evaluation, development of field and physician communications, training tools and the facilitation of Village wide implementation
  • Synthesize quantitative and qualitative data to make meaningful proactive and reactive policy/advocacy recommendations
  • Other duties as assigned
