Kairos Power designs and demonstrates advanced nuclear reactor technology to provide clean, affordable, and safe energy solutions. Their main product, the Kairos Power Fluoride Salt-Cooled High-Temperature Reactor (KP-FHR), is engineered to compete with natural gas in the U.S. electricity market while maintaining a near-zero carbon footprint and low water usage. This technology is aimed at utility companies, government agencies, and private firms seeking sustainable energy options. Unlike many competitors, Kairos Power focuses on integrating design, licensing, and demonstration to prove the safety and cost-effectiveness of their reactors, which helps attract investments and partnerships. The company's goal is to lead the transition to cleaner energy by making advanced nuclear power a viable alternative to fossil fuels.
