Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Experience in vulnerability management or cybersecurity analysis
  • Proficient in identifying and analyzing software bugs, operating system flaws, and misconfigurations in on-premises and cloud environments
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Defender and other vulnerability management tools
  • Ability to assess technical risk, interpret CVSS scores, and leverage threat intelligence
  • Strong understanding of Windows, Linux, TCP/IP, and security controls
  • Experience in developing reports for technical and executive audiences, using SIEM or reporting tools
  • Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to security
  • Strong communication skills to articulate complex issues clearly to diverse stakeholders
  • Collaborative mindset to work with IT, security, and application teams
Responsibilities
  • Conduct proactive vulnerability detection and assessment across all systems
  • Prioritize identified vulnerabilities based on potential impact and exploitability, using CVSS scores and threat intelligence
  • Facilitate and coordinate remediation efforts to efficiently address vulnerabilities
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of vulnerability management processes
  • Provide actionable guidance to system owners on remediation strategies
