Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from four year college or university (preferred concentration in Supply Chain or Business Management)
  • Strong communication skills that show ability to collaborate and drive results
  • Ability to understand, assess, & problem solve by leveraging technical and analytical skills
  • Process oriented with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Advanced Excel Skills (pivot tables, macros) and an understanding of reporting and analytics tools
  • Ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team environment
  • Experience in project management and implementation
  • Self-starter with excellent follow through
  • Strong people skills with ability to understand and support various perspectives across regions
  • Willing to work in a global role and accommodate for different regional time zones
  • Up to 10% travel expected
Responsibilities
  • Drive global supply planning activities from pre-season to in-season
  • Develop and implement global processes to ensure strategic procurement of supply considering vendor capacity, production lead times, greige fabric commitments, buy readiness and production minimum requirements
  • Complete analysis of global monthly buys to provide global direction, identify key insights, prepare summaries of findings and present to supply planning leadership, sourcing, and regional planning teams
  • Lead monthly global buy handover process. Coordinate with regional supply planning teams to share key insights and variances from prior forecast publication at a global and regional level to sourcing
  • Lead supply chain seasonal kickoff meeting to set expectations and outline key strategies prior to the start of each season including participants from regional supply planning, materials, sourcing, global merch, and demand planning
  • Own and run all global TNF buy strategy for the brand collaborations and special collections with close partnership to the product and merchandising teams
  • Own global communication on buy timing and greige risk assessment for the brand
  • Participate in and lead key projects to evolve supply chain capabilities
  • Utilize reporting and analytics tools to automate and visualize current manual processes
