Requirements
- Must be age 21 or older

Responsibilities
- Responsible for Badging Coordination, On-Boarding, and Tracking of new team members that includes I-9 verification, uploading and updating documents as needed. (25%)
- Assist with FMLA, ADA, Unemployment claims and Worker's Comp support. (10%)
- Coordinate response to employee injuries as needed
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and Local Management on Internal Promotions and supporting communications with our business partners. (10%)
- Assist on site team Members with the following applications: (25%)
- WURK account
- WURK requests
- Email Set-up
- Expensify
- Badging Renewals
- Miscellaneous
- Partner with Local Management on Payroll issues and resolutions. (5%)
- Handle initial intake of basic employee relations matters and escalate to the proper Employee relations or HR Business Partner as needed. (10%)
- Provide basic Policy interpretation as needed. (5%)
- Partner with Management and Talent Acquisition to ensure jobs are posted timely and communicated to our employees. (10%)
Desired Qualifications
- 2-4 years' experience in compliance and HR
- WURK, Greenhouse, Checkr experience
