As a member and leader of the brand design team, you’ll develop and maintain a holistic brand vision across the TripActions suite of products. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teammates and stakeholders at all levels of the company to develop strategy, and influence other teams to help bring that strategy and vision to life.

Our ideal candidate is a master craftsperson and compelling storyteller. They will create designs that will elevate our brand and inspire our teams, our customers, and the world of travel.

What You’ll Do:

• Create designs across multiple platforms and media that will set a new bar for our brand
• Guide other designers and elevate their craft
• Work with high-level stakeholders across the company to sharpen the brand’s vision
• Collaborate with product designers to create a holistic visual identity across everything we do as a company
• Work with external agencies to launch and amplify our brand

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of extensive marketing design experience across a variety of mediums
• Inspiring craftsmanship - we’re looking for designs that will inspire everyone around you
• Collaborative mindset - you thrive in cross-functional environments and have worked with leadership, product, sales and marketing to craft innovative brand designs
