  • Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, Project Management, SDLC, Model Deployments and feature operational essentials, Model building life cycle, Quality Assurance, familiarity with project management tools and bug/issue tracking systems
  • Bachelors / Masters (preferred) in a quantitative discipline, e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics or Operation Research
  • Ability to see the big picture and fine details as per the situation
  • Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Senior Leadership and 'C' Level execs on the EU and UKI analytics Strategy
  • Collaborate and provide thought leadership towards proactive Model Monitoring and enforce MLOps with modelers
  • Ensure proactive steps taken in deployments to ensure Insight failures surface prior to external decisioning impacts
  • Engage high profile customers to validate and test standard scores against their respective portfolios prior to new standard score launches
  • Engage custom analytics customers and collaborate with modeling teams
  • Must design strategic post-implementation plans for model stability and data dependency
  • Collaborate with our data science, Implementation, Technology and GTM teams towards deploying new assets into our modern technology eco-systems for customer consumption
  • Collaborate with legal / governance on Insights providing transparency and complete compliance with local laws
  • Collaborate with WWN Partners and senior leadership on pipeline, Insight readiness and prioritization
  • Use your strong technical acumen in advanced AI / ML towards planning and executing efficiently
  • Collaborate with technology on efficiency in delivery mechanisms
  • Record, Track and Report on all Advanced Analytics Initiatives
  • Collaborate with Technology towards integrating data from diverse sources
  • Work closely with Project Sponsor / Business Sponsor / Product Owner to develop detailed project plan and monitor project progress to ensure it stays on track and meets deadlines
  • Report project status to stakeholders and facilitate team-wide communication
  • Support and promote quality assurance goals for projects
  • Participate in continuous process improvement, including quantitative and qualitative analysis, forecast trends, identify and manage risks (knowledge, key person, bandwidth, cost)
  • Initiative sizing and budgets
  • Should be able to envisage scheduling and sequencing of the projects and project components to maintain a healthy project portfolio pipeline
  • Coach project team for Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management process implementation, actively identifying process gaps and improvement opportunities
  • Ensure repeatable process
  • Ability to proactively identify and eliminate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, and anticipate and make tradeoffs
  • Ensure Jira board accuracy and adherence together with integration with Analytics Tech
  • Prepare and distribute reports for senior management
  • Negotiate conflicting priorities with different stakeholders
Desired Qualifications
  • PMP Certification or Scrum Master certification is a plus
