  • 7+ years of HRIS / People Systems experience in complex organizations.
  • Deep hands-on experience with Workday configuration, reporting, and system optimization.
  • Strong experience with EIB, data loads, and system integrations.
  • Proven experience supporting HR systems in acquisition-driven or multi-entity environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead HR technology projects end-to-end.
  • Advanced reporting and analytics capability within Workday and/or BI platforms.
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to translate operational needs into system solutions.
Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary Workday subject matter expert within Volaris.
  • Lead configuration, enhancements, and optimization across core Workday modules.
  • Design scalable system solutions that support a global, multi-entity organization and ongoing acquisitions.
  • Manage EIB loads, integrations, and system configuration while partnering with central HR technology governance.
  • Identify and lead improvements that increase system automation, reliability, and data integrity.
  • Support M&A integrations by leading HR systems onboarding and data migrations.
  • Design scalable processes for integrating newly acquired companies into the Workday environment.
  • Manage EIB, data transformations, and integration requirements to ensure accurate and efficient system onboarding.
  • Partner with IT and Finance to align people systems with enterprise architecture and data strategy.
  • Develop advanced Workday reports, dashboards, and data models that provide actionable insights to HR and business leaders.
  • Partner with Finance and leadership teams to evolve people analytics capabilities that support workforce planning and operational decision-making.
  • Support the development of a modern HR data ecosystem, including integrations with BI tools and analytics platforms.
  • Identify opportunities to automate HR processes and workflows within Workday and connected systems.
  • Support experimentation and implementation of AI-enabled reporting, insights, and HR operational improvements.
  • Evaluate and implement emerging technologies that improve HR system usability, analytics, and decision-making.
  • Maintain high standards of HR data governance, controls, and system audits.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance across HR data and integrations.
  • Act as the internal expert on HR data structures, system capabilities, and reporting standards.
  • Lead testing, validation, and deployment for Workday updates and enhancements.
  • Provide guidance and enablement to HR teams on new functionality and system improvements.
  • Act as the escalation point for complex system issues and configuration questions.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with Workday Peakon Employee Voice.
  • Experience with Percipio / learning platforms or integrated talent systems.
  • Exposure to AI-driven HR analytics, automation, or digital HR tools.
  • Experience supporting global HR technology environments.
  • Knowledge of data architecture, APIs, and enterprise system integrations.
