Requirements
  • A high school diploma or GED is required.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
  • Basic mathematical skills and excellent reading, writing, and communication skills in English are required.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required.
  • Reliable transportation is required to commute to other property locations.
  • One to two years of leasing experience with HUD or tax-credit properties is required.
Responsibilities
  • Process, complete, and maintain accurate resident files at move-in within established regulatory guidelines.
  • Market units in accordance with an approved marketing plan that considers all federal, state, local, and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with resident selection programs, including HUD, TCAC, HOME, RHCP, CalHFA, and AHP.
  • Schedule move-ins and prepare lease agreements and other related documents.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as assigned.
  • Process resident program recertifications and renewals in a timely manner.
  • Perform additional administrative, compliance, marketing, and lease-up duties as assigned.
Desired Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree and management experience are desirable.
  • Knowledge of Boston Post software is a plus.
