Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree of science in civil engineering (with exceptions for direct project management industry experience)
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Valid Texas driver license
Responsibilities
  • Project coordination and project management of construction materials testing (CMT) work from small to large scale projects through completion.
  • Produce change orders when necessary to complete the project.
  • Analyze, review and prepare various reports for clients for commercial, industrial, government and residential projects.
  • Do regular field inspections to assess the site, employees, and make contact with managing personnel in the field.
  • Be available for client consultation as requested.
  • Conduct regular interface meetings with the employees that will be reporting to you under the mentee program as well as those employees who are working on your jobs.
  • Conduct meetings with clients and Alpha personnel for job starts, pier starts and other pertinent start-up times as outlined by client contracts or UES management.
