- A master’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field is required.
- Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst certification or accruing hours toward Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification is required.
- Advanced knowledge of Autism Spectrum Disorder is required.
- Experience with a variety of assessment tools and report writing is required.
- Strong time management skills are required.
- Assess individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and design applied behavior analysis-based programs and plans.
- Oversee the implementation of one-to-one direct applied behavior analysis intervention in home, community, and educational settings.
- Ensure accurate and ongoing data collection for clients’ programs and plans.
- Monitor staff competency through direct observation and provide immediate feedback and modeling.
- Assess staff competency and performance by collecting fidelity-of-implementation and reliability data.
- Assist with administrative work, including progress reports.
- Conduct parent and caregiver training and consultations.
- Work closely with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to ensure each client’s program runs smoothly.
- At least one year of experience supervising children with Autism Spectrum Disorders and designing or managing applied behavior analysis-based treatment.
- Bilingual ability.
