  • Concrete experience in the paint and body shop industry.
  • A minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and computer tools.
  • Bilingualism (French and English), depending on geographic location.
  • The ability to solve problems and develop strategies for high-potential accounts.
Responsibilities
  • Visit body shops and businesses that use paint products to promote CMAX solutions and programs.
  • Implement sales growth plans and support regional strategies in collaboration with manufacturer sales forces and internal teams.
  • Work with the District Sales Manager and Store Managers to develop sales development plans for current and potential customers.
  • Prospect for new body shops and industrial clients within the assigned territory.
  • Gather market data, monitor competitor trends, and report product or service issues.
  • Prepare special paint orders as needed and ensure adequate stock levels are maintained for stores in the territory.
  • Make pricing recommendations and assist with the collection of overdue
