Responsibilities
  • Maintain a positive relationship with customers
  • Assist customers and other R & L employees in tracking and monitoring freight movement
  • Use customer retention techniques to ensure customers feel valued and listened to
  • Resolve customer issues
  • Promote company goals and objectives
  • Daily freight tracing with customers
  • Assist other terminals in freight related issues
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
Desired Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience as a clerk or similar role in a fast pace environment
  • Freight logistics experience
