You will:
- Be the technical subject matter expert on all assigned implementation projects
- Be customer facing regularly whether on conference calls or communicating via email including performing the following tasks:
- Distributing and discussing technical requirements and install documentation with Customers for our products or remote configuration needs
- Work with customer to analyze operational workflow and develop an efficient Operational/Technical workflow in compliance with Datavant best practices for the implementation of services
- Provide customers with a detailed explanation of recommended Datavant processes and expectations
- Efficiently manage project tasks and document task hours worked including the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects being implemented concurrently assigned directly to you in conjunction with the other job functions of leading the team
- Maintain effective communication with internal and external teams throughout project implementations
- Proactively identify project risks or issues and escalate accordingly
- Support and monitor during go lives to ensure proper operational efficiencies are realized based on Datavant site sustainability criteria for the technical workflow/solution and service implemented
- Perform other tasks and duties as necessary
- Assist/Lead Implementation Technical Team by:
- Implementing, streamlining, and recommending best practices to provide optimal efficiencies during the implementation process for a turn-key transition to Operations
- Assist with communication of changes to process, documentation, or solutions to the team
- Maintaining and creating Technical Documentation used for Implementations as needed
- Providing feedback and guidance to other technical implementation team members as questions or challenges arise
- Mentoring and training existing and new technical implementation team members on existing and future solutions
- Influencing technology strategies and decisions with a high-level of expertise and knowledge
- Providing direction and support to ensure compliance with relevant specifications and standards
- Acting as the primary contact for technical issues and technical escalations during implementation
- Supporting strategic initiatives such as Company technology deployment and support strategies, training requirements and execution, and technical support processes to improve customer retention
- Assist Sales by highlighting the implementation process from a technical requirements perspective, and ready the customer for a successful implementation start, during the sales process
What you will bring to the table:
- 5+ years of Healthcare IT experience (i.e. Support - Desktop/Helpdesk, Networking/VPN, VDI, etc.), implementation/service delivery experience required
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written, strong interpersonal skills, and demonstrated attention to detail
- Demonstrated leadership skills focused on attracting, developing, and retaining top technical talent
- Strong negotiation, influence skills, problem-solving ability, and decision-making skills
- Problem analysis and problem resolution at both a strategic and functional level relying on experience and judgment to plan, perform proof of concept testing, support, and creatively problem-solve and accomplish goals
- Successful Client interaction experience including the ability of showing patience and professionalism during an array of implementation scenarios
- Must have experience with electronic medical records (EMR) such as Epic, Cerner, Athena, eCW, McKesson, NextGen, GE Centricity, Allscripts etc.
- Knowledge of MS‐Office at intermediate/advanced level and at least one year experience.
- Ability to work remotely while accessing work related projects and tasks with minimal supervision
- Ability to travel as needed
- Must have a valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record
- Passing annual Introductory HIPAA examination. (Testing to be given annually in accordance with employee goal setting), along with other Datavant required testing and online course requirements.

The range posted is for a given job title, which can include multiple levels. Individual rates for the same job title may differ based on their level, responsibilities, skills, and experience for a specific job. The estimated salary range for this role is $70,000-80,000.
