  • Bachelor's degree required; Masters preferred in an Exercise Science related field
  • CSCS and RSCC are required
  • First Aid/CPR certified required
  • 5 years of collegiate or professional sports experience
  • Spanish speaking and previous baseball experience are a plus
  • FMS & OnBaseU certifications will be strongly considered
  • The primary responsibility will be to implement the Boston Red Sox Strength and Conditioning program. This will include but is not limited to
  • Collaboration with minor league physical therapists and athletic trainers, sport scientists, registered dieticians, and baseball skill coaches
  • Assessment and screening of players; appropriate individualization of corrective exercise and training programs; supervise the execution of developed programs
  • Lead players though daily dynamic warm-ups and conditioning sessions
  • Assist in the objectification of rehabilitative processes, development of MiLB S&C leadership initiatives; submission of bi-monthly reports on player body composition and physical development
