The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Reliability Engineer, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact through:

• Reliability Centered Maintenance
• Root Cause Analysis
• Optimizing and/or Implementing Predictive and Preventative Maintenance Plans
• Data driven decision making utilizing Pareto Analysis to drive reliability improvement projects.
• Leading alignment between maintenance and production on maintenance priorities

Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

• Bachelor´s Degree in Mining, Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
• Two (2) years of reliability engineering/maintenance experience including predictive and preventative maintenance in a private, public, government, or military environment
• Five (5) years hands on industrial maintenance experience in a private, public, government, or military environment
• Two (2) years Project Management Experience

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) Certificate or equivalent
• Vendor/Contractor Management experience
• SAP Experience
• Good interpersonal skills, strong communication skills, and effective management of systems

Work location: Little Rock, AR

Travel: May include up to 5% domestic

Relocation Assistance: May be authorized

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
