ALL.SPACE designs and sells advanced satellite communication terminals for defense, aerospace, and government. Its Hydra smart terminal uses software-defined RF optics to connect to multiple satellites across LEO, MEO, and GEO while also integrating with 4G/5G terrestrial networks. The system provides seamless communications-on-the-move by automatically switching between networks, enabling multi-orbit, multi-network convergence with lower power and edge-based intelligent routing. Its goal is to unify satellite and terrestrial networks to deliver resilient, always-on connectivity for mission-critical operations and to avoid single-link dependency.

Simplify's Take

What believers are saying

  • August 10, 2026, Aalyria selected Hydra MAX, expanding U.S. government-orbit commercialization.
  • July 28, 2026, Hydra MAX launch broadened the product line beyond earlier Hydra deployments.
  • U.S. Navy, U.S. Army, and Royal Canadian Navy deployments create credible reference customers.

What critics are saying

  • York closed the acquisition July 8, 2026; ALL.SPACE now depends on York priorities.
  • Hydra MAX still relies on partner networks like SES O3b mPOWER and Telesat Lightspeed.
  • Defense buying cycles and integration failures can stall deployments, turning 2026 wins into backlog slippage.

What makes ALL.SPACE unique

  • Hydra terminals link LEO, MEO, GEO, and HEO simultaneously, unlike single-orbit rivals.
  • July 22, 2026, Hydra MAX certification on SES O3b mPOWER validates multiorbit performance.
  • ALL.SPACE targets contested-environment mobility with jam-resistant, software-defined SATCOM for defense customers.

York Space Systems acquires ALL.SPACE for $300M to deliver assured comms in contested environments

York Space Systems has completed its acquisition of ALL.SPACE for approximately $300 million, consisting of roughly $155 million in cash and 5.9 million shares of York common stock. ALL.SPACE will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary. The acquisition combines ALL.SPACE's jam-resistant, multi-link terminal technology with York's space infrastructure and mission operations capabilities. The merged entity aims to deliver assured communications and positioning across contested environments where traditional RF communications have proven vulnerable to jamming. ALL.SPACE's Hydra Terminal Range provides simultaneous multi-link connectivity across LEO, MEO, GEO, and HEO networks. York's Mission Operations Command and Control capabilities enable coordination across distributed theatres. The deal addresses growing demand for resilient communications infrastructure, particularly for scaling unmanned systems operations in GPS-denied environments. ALL.SPACE recently redomiciled to the US and will continue serving defence and commercial customers.
