As Manager, Online Shopping Experience, PC Express, you will be responsible for onsite program strategy to increase conversion and drive revenue across the enterprise banner web sites and mobile applications. You will also demonstrate a high level of autonomy in managing strategic initiatives and programs ensuring their successful management and ongoing improvement, leveraging data-driven insights to make informed decisions. Alongside the Omnichannel team, you will ensure that our online and offline experiences are aligned and provide a consistent experience for our customers.
You will be willing to work in a driven, entrepreneurial environment, and comfortable working independently within a highly collaborative work environment. Additionally, you will have extensive experience in finding and applying data-driven insights to support business decision-making. You do not just produce detailed reports; you identify business opportunities from them. You are curious and passionate about growing the business. You are interested in understanding customers and their behaviors, and you take initiative to deep dive into data when the answers are ambiguous. Your analysis helps you contribute to the strategic and tactical plans that drive our business forward. You are a strong and confident communicator who is comfortable adapting to various levels of data availability, analytics maturity, and technology platforms/toolsets. This is an extremely customer centric role where you will be required to strategically improve customer experience online.
Note: This role requires working at least 4 days on-site per week.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute the online shopping experience strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with broader business objectives
- Manage Specialist, Online Shopping Experience, providing coaching, mentorship, and guidance
- Collaborate with our omnichannel team to ensure that our online and offline experiences are aligned and provide a consistent experience for our customers
- Develop strategy and execute A/B tests alongside the experimentation team to optimize the online shopping experience
- Gather, extract, and analyze quantitative sales, web analytics, and customer data and translate them into actionable insights
- Work with PC Express product team on raising new improvements, bugs, QAing new features, UAT testing new programs and writing requirements
- Support program planning onsite and in app integrations for growth team
Does this sound like you?
- 3-5 years of experience in eCommerce merchandising or product development
- Identifies and anticipates problems as it relates to the online shopping experience. Can creatively solution for problems independently.
- You can influence, motivate, and enable your own team and cross-functional teams
- You identify and execute on opportunities to collaborate with your own team, cross-functional teams, and external stakeholders
- You can regularly present in team meetings and can influence stakeholders using data and storytelling for online shopping experience strategy
- You have strong analytical skills and ability to independently deal with relevant tools (MS office, looker, etc.).
- You have a curious mindset, are willing to work beyond laid boundaries and have a high ownership to drive things end to end.
- You can thrive with ambiguity and a high degree of proactive “hands-on” thinking and acting
- You are an advocate for on-site accessibility, and understand the value of SEO driven experiences on-site
