- Must have prior experience in creating optimal test strategy (Including Functional and automation) and test plans for complex applications and deployment topologies.
- Expert level knowledge and hands-on experience in manual testing for web applications, backend services and iOS Mobile applications.
- Working experience on all phases of test life cycle (test planning, test designing, test case creation/maintenance, execution, reporting).
- Good understanding on micro-service based architecture
- Experience in managing QA Processes for Testing Team.
- Experience working with global team, with different cultures and responsible for helping to identify gaps and needs of the agile team.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science engineering/information technology, or in a related technical field or equivalent technology experience.
- Must have 7+ years of QA with min 2+ years of experience in IOS Mobile Testing.
- Must have prior iOS Mobile Testing experience
- Experience with a variety of test management, defect tracking tools and software testing practices, including developing, implementing, maintaining, and managing manual testing systems and environments.
- Knowledge of SQL, experience with SQL Server added advantage
- Excellent at communicating to stakeholders in formal and informal settings to report on test progress, metrics, issues, and risks

- Develop and execute test strategies and plans for complex applications and deployment topologies.
- Perform manual testing for web applications, backend services, and iOS mobile applications.
- Oversee all phases of the test life cycle including planning, designing, creating/maintaining test cases, execution, reporting.
- Understand micro-service based architecture and its impact on testing.
- Establish and manage QA processes for the testing team.
- Collaborate with global teams and identify gaps and needs of the agile team.
- Communicate test progress, metrics, issues, and risks to stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide QA team members.
- Evaluate and improve testing practices and environments.
- Participate in test automation initiatives as needed.
- Experience in automation testing
- Experience working with continuous integration and delivery environments
- Knowledge of performance testing and security testing would be advantages
- Experience in mobile app testing on iOS and Android platforms
