Niural provides a global payroll and HR platform that lets businesses hire, manage, and pay employees and contractors across multiple countries. It combines payroll, HR, and compliance tools in one system and serves high-growth startups and mid-sized companies expanding internationally. The product works by using a centralized, subscription-based platform powered by an AI engine called EMMA, an executional AI coworker that automates tasks related to payroll, compliance, and payments. This setup helps organizations stay compliant with local tax and labor laws while reducing administrative work and the risk of errors or violations. Niural differentiates itself through its AI-driven automation and integrated workflow (payroll, benefits administration, PEO services, and compliance) designed specifically for global teams. Its goal is to enable businesses to scale globally with smooth workforce operations, efficient payments, and solid regulatory compliance.

The niuralogist: top 8 PEO myths debunked.

The niuralogist: top 8 PEO myths debunked. Updated: Jul 02, 2026 Niural has launched Niural AI Labs, a neolab to advance the building of AI agents for the world's highest-stakes work, where being wrong isn't an option. Proven first in payroll and benefits, the Lab now extends that capability into other domains, alongside a Series A grown to $52 million. Top 8 PEO myths that are quietly costing you. Every leader knows the moment: the third payroll correction this quarter, the benefits renewal nobody had time to read, the out-of-state hire that triggered a tax registration no one saw coming. The back office is eating the week, and most companies keep running employment the hard way because of something they once heard about PEOs. Almost all of it is outdated or just wrong. Here are the eight myths that stall the most decisions: * "Sign with a PEO, and they basically run my company." * "Guess I'll have to let my HR person go." * "A PEO is just payroll with a fancier name." * "We're too small for something like that." * "Sounds great, and way out of our budget." * "Won't I lose my small-business perks?" * "My team is going to hate this." * "Aren't all PEOs basically the same?" Here's what a PEO actually does: Through co-employment, the PEO becomes the administrative employer for payroll, tax, and benefits, while you keep full control of your business and your people. Your team stays your team. The PEO takes the employer paperwork that comes with them, and an AI-native PEO goes further, validating every payroll run and catching errors before they reach a filing. It isn't a loss of control. It's how growing companies get enterprise capability without enterprise headcount. Here are the latest updates to its timetools and EOR: * Decide exactly what each worker can edit, delete, discard, or clock, with granular control by classification. * Choose whether time off accrues from the original hire date or the hire date for PEO employees. * Holiday hours are now split from regular hours as separate line items in payroll runs and paystubs. * Observe weekend holidays the business day before, the day after, or a custom date you pick. * Slack pings your ops team the moment critical EOR data moves. * Email nudges for pending expense and time-off requests, plus outstanding Niural invoices.
