As a Technical Project Manager, you will work in an agile setting with world-class product owners, designers, researchers and engineers to bring our incredible experiences to market. MLB is looking for skilled agilists who understand what it takes for teams to deliver high-visibility, high-quality products in a complex, fast-paced environment.

Core Responsibilities:
- Coach your team to further maturity and development excellence
- Effectively execute software development iterations throughout the life of your assigned teams by managing activities, sequence, dependencies, work effort, duration and associated resource requirements
- Establish processes that enable teams to deliver reliably, quickly, and efficiently
- Work with other TPMs to make sure external project dependencies are properly managed
- Manage project communications, ensuring effective exchange of project information and deliverables to internal and external stakeholders
- Identify, analyze, and communicate project risks
Required Qualifications:
- Experience with Agile software development methodologies
- Effectively communicates with both technical and non-technical participants
- Passionate about continually improving processes
- Passionate about making teams as successful as possible
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with leading development teams through agile transformations
- Agile Scrum Master certification
- Degree in either Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, MIS

Per the NYC pay transparency law, the hiring range for this position is $120,000 to $150,000.
As a candidate for this position, your salary and related elements of compensation will be contingent upon your work experience, education, skills and any other factors Major League Baseball (MLB) considers relevant to the hiring decision. In addition to your salary, MLB believes in providing a competitive compensation and benefits package for its employees.
