ITSM Release Manager • The Ideal candidate will possess knowledge and expertise required for scheduling, planning, and controlling the software's development and delivery process. • This position requires Release and Change Management skills to ensure code is deployed, maintained, and configured quickly and efficiently while still adhering to our core compliance standards. • Work experience in service management, change management, release, and incident management. • Intermediate understanding on Agile delivery process. • Defines and documents the release recommendation for each release and/or change to production. • Document release scope, schedule, deliverables, and roll back plan. • Familiarity with change management processes including Change Advisory Board and Release Readiness activities. • Willingness to learn and perform hands on cloud-based deployments. • Proficiency with service Now, SQL, .NET, JIRA, Confluence, Appian and Azure DevOps. • Experience in Client facing role while working from client location • Flexible for off-hour support to manage the prod release • Should have experience in managing the offshore team and work with global environment.
