Chapter Aesthetic Studio is looking for a talented, confidence-driven Registered Nurse to bring exceptional aesthetic care to guests across multiple studios in the Wisconsin/Minnesota region. Salary: $70K+ base, plus monthly incentive pay. Your earning potential is truly up to you.
Location: Minneapolis based (Travel-based role supporting multiple Chapter Aesthetic Studio locations Eden Prairie, Eagan, Coon Rapids, Rochester, St. Cloud, Green Bay, Brookfield)

What You'll Do
Deliver standout treatments, including: Botox, dermal fillers, microneedling, PRP/PRFM, laser resurfacing, and more.
Bring consistency to every studio you visit. Guests should feel the same exceptional Chapter experience, wherever you are.
Be a trusted guide. Support sales consultations and educate guests on memberships and treatment options.
Keep the details sharp. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow established protocols.
Set the standard. Uphold cleanliness and compliance across every treatment environment.
Move the needle. Partner with studio teams to drive performance — revenue, rebooking, and retention.
What You Bring
Active RN license in Iowa (multi-state licensure is a big plus)
1–3 years of medical aesthetics experience, or formal aesthetics training
Enthusiasm for a multi-site role, you're flexible and ready to move between studios in your assigned area
A personable, confident, and professional presence with guests and teammates
Sharp organizational and documentation skills
Comfort with EMR platforms and treatment technology
Self-motivation, adaptability, and a strong sense of clinical responsibility
