About The Role
We are seeking an organized and efficient Marketing Strategy & Operations Manager to join our Marketing team. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating a wide range of projects, including their deadlines, budgets, and performance. We take a highly collaborative approach to working with other teams cross-functionally, so you will also build deep relationships to ensure positive partnership. Candidates must have an eye for detail and the capacity to synchronize all project elements from concept to execution, helping coordinate multiple projects of various sizes and timelines.
This is a new role so you will help launch brand initiatives and establish processes and define the execution as to how you’d like to approach marketing operations management. This role is critical for Super’s growth across several different business verticals, and you will have support from senior marketing team leadership as well as from your manager, the Chief of Staff to CMO.
You will oversee timelines, establish and implement new processes, own end to end strategies through execution, identify marketing technology partnerships and seamlessly mitigate risks. Challenges you’ll solve
- Project Management: Oversee and coordinate a variety of projects, from review processes and product launches to paid media campaign assets.
- Marketing strategy: Develop and execute on brand marketing strategy to build awareness within our design target.
- XFN Communication: Communicate effectively with cross-functional partners, organize workflows, and manage stakeholder consensus and expectations to meet project timelines.
- Tools & Technologies: Leverage project management tools to develop timelines and coordinate deliverables, and maintain organization across all project documents and shared assets. Identify marketing technology opportunities and onboard new tools.
- Planning & Implementation: Participation in the strategic planning phase of projects, showing an understanding of processes and the lead times involved. You’ll also own the project intake process and help with project prioritization, guiding internal XFN teams through our process
About You
- 5+ years in marketing operations / project management experience (Bonus points for working within a startup environment)
- Demonstrated experience with developing new processes, overseeing lead times / key deliverables, and process improvement
- Experience in strategy through execution of brand marketing campaigns
- Comfortable working in an ever-changing environment, where last minute changes can arise and require nimble troubleshooting know-how
- Demonstrated knowledge of how to identify and create time-saving processes and workflows
- Proven collaborator with strong communication
- Excellent relationship-building know-how and a willingness to hold self and teammates accountable
- Self-starter who works well independently
- Knowledge of how to remain calm and flexible while dealing with ambiguity
- Experience with Jira, Trello, or other digital project collaboration software
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Miro or other design software a plus
