  • 10+ years of CNC Lathe and Mill programming experience
  • 5+ years of CNC machining experience
  • GD&T knowledge & experience
  • High School diploma or GED
Responsibilities
  • Use of Mastercam to create new computer numerical control (CNC) programs
  • Review/edit existing CNC programs for production and development hardware
  • Create set-up sheets with tool lists for machining operations
  • Support with troubleshooting of CNC machining
  • Provide support to onsite Machinists using multi-axis CNC equipment
  • Review models, drawings, and cam files for manufacturability
  • Support troubleshooting of cutting parameter adjustments
  • Create inspection plans and support post-machining operations
  • Submit purchase orders for tooling and develop machining process order of operations
  • Design and develop CNC programs for custom tooling and fixturing
  • Support issue ticket rework operations
